Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 25, 2026

Our approach: Brandon's Cloud, LLC respects your privacy. We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate this website, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, provide requested services, maintain security, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Brandon's Cloud, LLC ("Brandon's Cloud," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit brandonscloud.com, contact us by email, or schedule a meeting with us through the scheduling tools embedded on our website (collectively, the "Site").

This Policy applies when Brandon's Cloud handles personal information for its own business purposes. It does not govern information that we process on behalf of a client while providing managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, consulting, or related services. Client-controlled information is handled under the applicable service agreement, data processing agreement, statement of work, and the client's own instructions and privacy notices.

The Site contains links to other websites and services, including our blog, social media profiles, credential-verification sites, and third-party legal documents. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number, company name, job title, and other business contact information.
  • Meeting details, availability, time zone, and information you submit when scheduling an appointment.
  • The contents of emails, messages, inquiries, service requests, and other communications you send to us.
  • Information needed to establish or manage a business relationship, prepare a proposal, or provide requested services.

Information collected automatically

When you access the Site, we and our service providers may automatically receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages or files, approximate location derived from an IP address, date and time of access, and cookie or consent preferences. This information may be generated in hosting, content-delivery, security, and diagnostic logs.

Information received from third parties

We may receive information from services you choose to use when interacting with us. For example, Calendly may provide us with the contact and scheduling details that you submit to arrange a meeting. We may also receive business contact information through referrals, professional networking, vendors, or prospective and current clients.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
  • Schedule meetings and provide information, proposals, or services you request.
  • Establish, administer, and support business and client relationships.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
  • Understand Site usage and manage cookie and consent preferences.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
  • Protect our rights, systems, clients, personnel, and property.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, insurance, and contractual obligations.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that support essential functions, remember consent choices, enable embedded services, and help us maintain and secure the Site. We use CookieYes to present our cookie notice and record cookie preferences. Third-party embedded services, including Calendly and Google Maps, may use their own cookies or receive technical information when their content loads.

Where required, non-essential cookies and embedded services are subject to the choices presented through our cookie banner. You can review or change your choices at any time by selecting the button below.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for interpreting those signals, the Site does not separately respond to every Do Not Track signal. CookieYes may recognize supported browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control, based on applicable law and our consent configuration. Brandon's Cloud does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so such a signal does not change those practices. You may still use the Cookie Settings control above to manage available choices.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it as permitted by law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission, system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw a consent previously given, although withdrawal does not affect processing already performed.

9. Children's Privacy
